1. Who we are
DigiStep is an Erasmus+ KA210 project conducted by Türkiye, Spain, and Lithuania partners. This site is operated by the project consortium.
2. What data we collect
- Contact form: Your name, email, and message — only when you submit the contact form.
- Newsletter: Your email and language preference, if you subscribe.
- Server logs: IP address, browser, request timestamp — for security and debugging.
- Cookies: A language preference cookie and a cookie-consent flag (no tracking).
3. Why we collect it
- To respond to your inquiries.
- To send you project updates if you opted in.
- To prevent abuse and operate the site.
4. Your rights (GDPR / KVKK)
You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data, and object to processing, by emailing the address below. We respond within 30 days.
5. Data retention
Contact messages are kept for up to 2 years. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for 90 days.
6. Third parties
We do not sell or share your personal data. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and Font Awesome icons from Cloudflare CDN — these may collect IP addresses per their own policies.
